Rolf is an epic fail in this game. DX I mean, he is supposed to be better than Shinon but Shinon beat him in like everything EXCEPT speed and then there's the fact that Rolf WOULDN'T dodge and Shinon dodged everything thrown at him. Hell, Rolf got killed so I had to re start my game and I wasn't happy.
So, all I can say is screw the FAQs that say Rolf is better than Shinon. In this game, he proved the opposite. Supports include Ike/Elincia (eww), Oscar/Tanith (again)...Mia/Rhys (finally), Shinon/Rolf (so cute) and Gatrie/Marcia (hella funny and WAY better than that whore Astrid!) I tried to get a support with Boyd but it seems impossible for me.
I think in the next game, I'll have to use Illyana to replace Soren and switch out Shinon for Ulki. -sigh-

Shinon = Because he joins in episode 18, he'll be totally underlevel in terms of stats unless you use items that boost his stats.
Rolf = He starts at LV 1. People say that you should start training him as soon as you get him but that means you got to baby him with Bonus EXP so really? What's the point?
Astrid = Same as Rolf but she has Paragon so she's easier to LV up in terms of Level but not in weapon.
And for the information about the weapon...
MT = Attack power
Weight = Determines if you get doubled or not. If it's really heavy, you'll get doubled unless you have a high attack and speed like Ike because attack also determines your strength to lift things and speed determines if you double or not.
EX: Boyd is really powerful in terms of attack and speed but if his weapon is heavier than his attack and speed, he'll get doubled early in the game.
Range: The distance of the attack so the sword is 1-2.
Uses: This is basically how many times the weapon can be used until it is broken. Ike's Ragnell has no uses because it can't be broken while Shinon's best bow Silencer has 50 uses before it breaks.
Effect: If it increases stats, doubles the damage of a certain type of unit or elemental. In your case, it works like the Runesword from Path of Radiance.
And I'll just have Dash be a beorc because if he was God, it could conflict with the antagonist Tenou who believes he is God and kills those who are close to being one like the rabbit tribe and the angel tribe.
